Having listed over 900 managements in his career in real estate with Integrity Real Estate Nowra, in the regional Shoalhaven NSW. Deniz became the listing agent for Integrity in May 2009 & set a new standard of BDM in the local area, his success was becoming recognized in the national ranks. In 2011 LPMA awarded him as a finalist in the BDM category, in 2012 & 13 Deniz took out the award with consecutive listings of 237 & an amazing 317 last year, with an average of 90% listed at FULL FEE, astonishing figures to be proud of. Deniz was asked to be a keynote speaker at the 2013 annual forum, in which there was standing room only, (and the overflow stood) for his session on "How to win the business and beat the fee question". He's now been invited to be a keynote speaker at the New Zealand forum for LPMNZ, so International recognition as well!!!
